I started playing guitar in 2001 and I'm still not that great at guitar... hahaha. I only consider myself an amateur when it comes to music. However, it's all and only for fun and I don't want to become a professional or anything.
I used to be in a rock band called FACE around 2006. We mainly did covers from the anime, BECK: MONGOLION CHOP SQUAD and only did one live at the Manga Expo in Fremont, CA. We played along side akai Sky and Blood & Chocolate(?).
Unfortunately, we disbanded shortly after our first live. Surprisingly, we were briefly mentioned in Shojo Beat magazine in the August 2006 issue!
I was back-up guitar and vocals. I also helped advertise and get the gig at the expo. Personally, I don't like talking about this bit of history much because my performance was so bad LOL.
NOW, I like to play guitar for fun and just for myself. ...Although... I currently AM in a band but that is confidential for now.
On another note, I bought an ukulele in 2007 and I just started playing with it more THIS YEAR. hahaha.
